By accessing and using Rentable, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Rentable for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
4. Rental Transactions
Rentable facilitates transactions between users. We are not a party to rental agreements between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
5. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through Stripe. Users agree to pay all fees associated with their use of the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rentable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
